SUPERVISOR – GLAZE LINE
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience is required.
- Must be a Bachelor’s/College Degree holder in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Experience in production line supervision, manufacturing, or industrial operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of production processes, machine operation, and line performance monitoring.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
- Able to work under pressure and meet production targets and deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to supervise production personnel effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee daily glaze line production activities.
- Ensure production schedules, targets, and quality requirements are achieved.
- Monitor glaze line speed, machine performance, and overall production efficiency.
- Coordinate with Press, Kiln, Sorting, and Packaging departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor production processes and identify issues that may affect output, quality, or efficiency.
- Optimize productivity, machine utilization, and manpower allocation.
- Ensure proper operation and timely adjustment of glaze line equipment and machinery.
- Monitor material usage and minimize production waste.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel regarding machine breakdowns, defects, and required repairs.
- Ensure compliance with production procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
- Prepare and maintain production records and reports.
- Supervise and guide production personnel and ensure proper work procedures are followed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to increase productivity.
- Perform other production and supervisory duties as assigned.
