NURSE

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
  • Must be a holder of a Professional License/Passed Board or Professional Licensure Examination.
  • Must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree.
  • Must hold a valid Professional Nurse License/Registration in the Philippines.
  • Female applicants are preferred for this role.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care, medication administration, and infection control.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond appropriately to emergencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and monitor patients’ conditions and overall health status.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during examinations and medical procedures.
  • Monitor, measure, and accurately record patients’ vital signs and progress.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
  • Provide basic nursing care and support to patients and their families.
  • Educate patients and families on health care, medication, treatment, and proper hygiene practices.
  • Follow proper infection prevention and control procedures.
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
  • Respond appropriately and promptly to emergencies and urgent medical needs.
  • Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care and treatment plans.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment.
  • Perform other nursing duties as assigned.
