Janitorial Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred for this role
  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant working experience
  • Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate holder in a related field or similar
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule employee shifts and monitor attendance to ensure proper staffing levels
  • Train new hires and conduct regular performance reviews to maintain high standards
  • Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure all areas meet cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Take inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is in proper working condition
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and operational protocols
  • Provide guidance and leadership to janitorial staff to improve efficiency and performance
