ICT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience with IT providers or IT management.
• Well-presented and professional in appearance.
• Fluent in spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and systems.
• Ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and communication systems.
• Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain security and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Lead and coordinate IT team members, providing guidance and support.
• Plan, implement, and monitor IT projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Adapt to new technologies and continuously improve IT systems and processes.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures, and incidents.
