Housekeeping Staff
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Applicants must be proficient in English.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and managing the housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance.
- Supervising and managing the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and properly stocked with supplies
- Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet the established standards.
- Coordinating with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure that guest needs are met and issues are resolved.
- Developing and managing the housekeeping budget, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Ensuring that all safety and security procedures are followed by the housekeeping staff.
- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues related to housekeeping services.
- Maintaining records and reports related to housekeeping operations.
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to the housekeeping staff.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management.
