Housekeeper

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only
• Age 25 to 40 years old
• With pleasing personality
• Flexible and willing to perform various housekeeping and hospitality duties
• Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, or hospitality services is an advantage
• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning of executive suites, offices, and assigned areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothes and linens
• Monitor and replenish cleaning materials, toiletries, and pantry supplies
• Assist with basic food preparation and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and pantry areas
• Set up dining tables and professionally serve meals and beverages to executives and guests
• Ensure proper sanitation, hygiene, and waste disposal procedures are followed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of living and working areas
• Report maintenance issues and supply shortages to supervisors
• Perform other duties assigned by management or supervisors

Requirements:

• Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
• NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
• Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
• PEOS certificate
• Vax Certificate
