HOSPITALITY WORKER (Service Crew)

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in hospitality, food service, or housekeeping is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders, answer customer inquiries, and provide menu recommendations.
• Ensure a positive guest experience by delivering high-quality service.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and ensure orders are accurate.
• Set up and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness in dining areas.
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Operate bar equipment and maintain bar stock.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and follow safety regulations.
• Assist in basic food preparation and cooking.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas, dining spaces, kitchen, and bar.
• Wash and sanitize utensils, glassware, and equipment.
• Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene regulations.
• Process customer payments accurately using cash, credit cards, or POS systems.
• Issue receipts and provide correct change when needed.
• Maintain records of sales and report discrepancies.
