KBR Services LLC is seeking an experienced Emergency Response Member to support safety and emergency preparedness operations in oil and gas, petrochemical, fertilizer, or heavy industrial plant environments in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing emergency response programs, conducting safety training, assisting during emergency situations, and promoting a strong safety culture across the workplace.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE MEMBER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience as an Emergency Response Member, Fire & Safety Personnel, or similar role.
• Must have experience working in an Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, or Heavy Industrial Plant environment.
• Must have a valid Emergency Response Training Certificate.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures, fire safety, first aid, CPR, and AED operation.
• Experience conducting safety training and emergency drills.
• Ability to respond effectively under pressure during emergency situations.
• Strong awareness of workplace safety practices and hazard control procedures.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in emergency response activities during fire, chemical incidents, equipment failures, and other workplace emergencies.
• Develop and support safety, emergency preparedness, and disaster management programs.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions on emergency procedures, evacuation protocols, and hazard prevention.
• Instruct personnel on basic first aid, CPR, AED operation, fire suppression techniques, and emergency response procedures.
• Assist in conducting emergency drills, simulations, and safety exercises.
• Identify workplace hazards and support implementation of appropriate mitigation measures.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations while following established response procedures.
• Inspect and maintain emergency response equipment and ensure readiness for use.
• Prepare incident reports, emergency response documentation, and safety records.
• Coordinate with safety officers, supervisors, and emergency teams during response activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
