Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s training programs, safety courses, and related services to prospective clients.
• Identify and develop new sales and business opportunities.
• Contact potential customers through calls, emails, meetings, and other appropriate channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate training programs or services.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and other marketing materials when required.
• Follow up on inquiries, proposals, quotations, and prospective sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets in accordance with company objectives.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, leads, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the training and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
• Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, client meetings, seminars, and training-related marketing activities.
• Respond professionally to customer questions, concerns, and requests.
• Maintain a professional image and represent the company positively when dealing with clients.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing activity reports for management.
• Support customer retention and follow-up activities to encourage repeat business.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and organizational goals.
• Adapt to changing business requirements, customer needs, and market conditions.
• Perform other sales, marketing, and business development duties assigned by management.
