Enertech Qatar Safety Training Centre is seeking an experienced HSE Instructor with Survival Offshore Training experience to conduct safety and emergency preparedness training for personnel working in offshore and industrial environments. The ideal candidate should have relevant field experience, strong instructional and communication skills, and the ability to deliver practical and engaging training in accordance with established HSE standards and procedures.

Qualifications
- Relevant experience in HSE, offshore safety, survival training, emergency response, or a related field.
- Survival Offshore Training experience is required or highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident presentation and instructional abilities.
- Ability to deliver both classroom-based and practical HSE training.
- Good understanding of offshore safety practices, emergency preparedness, and survival procedures.
- Ability to explain technical safety concepts clearly and effectively.
- Team-oriented and adaptable mindset.
- Ability to work effectively with trainees from different backgrounds and professional levels.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional, patient, approachable, and confident when conducting training.
- Ability to evaluate trainee performance and provide appropriate feedback.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety principles and emergency response procedures.
- Relevant certifications for HSE positions are required or strongly preferred.
- Relevant offshore survival, HSE, emergency response, safety training, or instructor certifications are an advantage.
- Willingness to follow company training standards, policies, and established HSE procedures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct HSE training programs for personnel working in offshore, marine, industrial, and other high-risk environments.
- Deliver offshore survival and emergency response training using appropriate theoretical and practical methods.
- Provide practical demonstrations and exercises related to offshore emergency situations and survival procedures.
- Train participants on appropriate responses to emergencies, accidents, and hazardous situations in offshore environments.
- Explain offshore safety procedures, emergency protocols, personal safety practices, and risk prevention measures.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, practical exercises, demonstrations, and assessment activities.
- Conduct training sessions in accordance with approved course content, company procedures, and applicable HSE requirements.
- Assess trainees’ knowledge, skills, and understanding through written, oral, and practical evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to trainees throughout the training process.
- Ensure trainees understand emergency procedures, safety responsibilities, and proper use of relevant safety equipment.
- Demonstrate and explain the correct use of personal protective equipment and emergency response equipment.
- Incorporate realistic offshore scenarios and practical exercises into training sessions where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, training results, and certifications.
- Inspect and prepare training equipment and instructional materials before practical sessions.
- Ensure training facilities and equipment are maintained in a safe and organized condition.
- Communicate effectively with trainees from different nationalities, backgrounds, and levels of experience.
- Coordinate with management and other instructors regarding course schedules, training requirements, and trainee performance.
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and engaging learning environment.
- Stay updated on relevant offshore safety practices, emergency response procedures, and HSE training requirements.
- Adapt training methods to different trainee needs and workplace environments.
- Perform other HSE training and instructional duties assigned by management.
