• They prepare instruments and materials, ensuring everything is sterile and ready for use.
• They help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatments, providing reassurance and support.
• This includes explaining procedures and offering post-operative care instructions.
• They often handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing billing and insurance matters
