Grapecare LTD. is seeking an experienced Concrete Worker Foreman to lead and supervise concrete construction crews on various building and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, coordinate workforce activities, and ensure that all concrete works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
CONCRETE WORKER FOREMAN
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in concrete construction or a supervisory role.
- Must hold a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supervising construction crews and coordinating site operations.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and quality standards.
- Physically fit and willing to work in the Czech Republic.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret project plans, drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of concrete workers and construction crews.
- Create work schedules and monitor crew attendance and productivity.
- Delegate responsibilities and tasks to workers, contractors, and subcontractors based on project priorities.
- Oversee construction site operations and ensure the safe and proper use of machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor concrete works to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and address construction issues to minimize delays and rework.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other site supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of daily work progress, manpower, and site activities.
- Promote teamwork, productivity, and a safe working environment.
