MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Must have completed relevant technical or skilled worker training, such as NC III in CAM/CAD Operations, NC III in Instrumentation and Control Servicing Or a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Machine Operator.
• At least 2 years of experience with one overseas employer.
• Industrial experience and technical knowledge in operating production machinery.
• Knowledge of machine operation, production processes, and manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and production specifications.
• Knowledge of color and printing systems, such as Pantone, is an advantage.
• Responsible, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Willingness to work on a three-shift system.
• Willingness to work a 38-hour workweek and overtime when required.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
• Set up and prepare machines for production operations.
• Check machine settings and make basic adjustments when required.
• Monitor machine performance throughout the production process.
• Ensure machines operate according to production specifications and work instructions.
• Feed and handle raw materials according to production requirements.
• Monitor production output and identify machine or process irregularities.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required quality standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report technical problems to maintenance personnel or supervisors.
• Conduct routine machine checks and assist with preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain production records, machine logs, and other required documentation.
• Follow manufacturing schedules and production targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe machine operating area.
• Follow workplace health and safety regulations and use appropriate PPE.
• Follow quality-control procedures and report defective products or production issues.
• Work closely with supervisors, maintenance technicians, quality-control personnel, and other machine operators.
• Perform other production and machine-operation duties assigned by management.
