Marriott Hotel is seeking professional and customer-oriented Spa Attendants to support the daily operations of its luxury spa facilities in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for guests while assisting with spa operations, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring exceptional customer service in accordance with Marriott’s hospitality standards.

Spa Attendant

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be 35 years old or below.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Spa Attendant or in a similar hospitality or wellness role.
• Experience working in a hotel, resort, spa, or wellness center is preferred.
• Must possess a valid passport.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent grooming, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping and guest service duties.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and assist with spa check-in and check-out procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after spa services, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms, showers, and reception areas.
• Replenish towels, linens, toiletries, beverages, and other guest amenities.
• Assist therapists and spa staff by preparing equipment and treatment supplies.
• Monitor spa facilities to ensure guests are comfortable and all areas remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Provide guests with information regarding spa services, facilities, schedules, and hotel amenities.
• Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, sanitation, and health and safety standards.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or guest concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Maintain inventory of spa supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and personalized customer service at all times.
• Perform other spa and hospitality-related duties as assigned by management.
