Alpha Pharma is seeking qualified and experienced Production Operators for an overseas employment opportunity in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, monitor production processes, maintain product quality, follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, and ensure safe and efficient production operations.

Production Operator

Qualifications:

• Must have relevant experience as a Production Operator in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
• Experience operating pharmaceutical production machinery, including compression, blistering, packaging, granulation, compaction, and coating machines.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, pharmaceutical production procedures, and workplace safety regulations.
• Ability to monitor production processes and maintain product quality.
• Ability to accurately record production data, production deviations, and equipment information.
• Capable of troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine, preventive, and basic machine maintenance.
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to quality and safety.
• Ability to follow SOPs, technical instructions, and manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to work effectively with production and quality-control teams.

Responsibilities:

• Operate pharmaceutical production machinery according to approved procedures and production instructions.
• Operate equipment used in various pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including compression, blistering, packaging, granulation, compaction, and coating.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficient operation and consistent product quality.
• Check machine settings and operating conditions during production.
• Record production data, machine information, output, and deviations accurately.
• Inspect products and report quality issues or production abnormalities.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and machine issues and coordinate with maintenance personnel when necessary.
• Perform routine inspections and assist with preventive and basic machine maintenance.
• Follow GMP standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and workplace safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization within the production area.
• Coordinate with production supervisors, quality-control personnel, maintenance technicians, and other team members.
• Maintain accurate production and equipment records.
• Report equipment problems, production deviations, and quality concerns promptly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
