Dazaz Sugar Company is seeking qualified candidates for a Flexo Printing and Mechanical Technician position in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will support flexographic printing operations and mechanical activities within a food manufacturing environment, ensuring production equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Flexo Printing and Mechanical Technician

Qualifications:

• Must have relevant experience in the food industry.
• Experience related to flexographic printing and mechanical operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of flexographic printing equipment and production processes is an advantage.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance skills are preferred.
• Ability to identify machine problems and assist with corrective actions.
• Familiarity with production machinery and equipment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow workplace safety and production procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and assist with flexographic printing equipment used in production.
• Perform mechanical inspection, adjustment, troubleshooting, and basic repair of production machinery.
• Set up and adjust printing and mechanical equipment according to production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and identify equipment problems or abnormalities.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and routine servicing of printing and mechanical machinery.
• Check printed materials for quality, consistency, and production specifications.
• Troubleshoot printing and mechanical issues and report major equipment problems to the supervisor or maintenance team.
• Replace or assist in replacing worn or defective machine components when required.
• Maintain proper machine settings to support efficient and consistent production.
• Follow food manufacturing, workplace safety, and equipment operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around machines and production areas.
• Record maintenance activities, equipment issues, and production-related information when required.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality-control teams.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.
