TOPNEST S.R.O. is seeking experienced Telehandler Operators to support construction and material handling operations in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating rotating telehandlers (Roto) to lift, transport, and position construction materials safely and efficiently. The role requires strict compliance with safety regulations, proper equipment handling, and effective communication with site personnel.

TELEHANDLER OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Age: 24–40 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience operating telehandlers, preferably rotating telehandlers (Roto).
• Proven experience in lifting operations, material handling, and construction site support.
• Skilled in the safe use of telehandler attachments for various lifting and handling applications.
• Knowledge of load charts, lifting capacities, and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Good understanding of workplace safety regulations and heavy equipment operation standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate rotating telehandlers (Roto) to lift, transport, and position construction materials and equipment.
• Safely handle various telehandler attachments, including forks, lifting jibs, buckets, and work platforms, as required.
• Load, unload, stack, and move materials within construction sites while ensuring load stability and safety.
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections of the telehandler, attachments, and safety devices.
• Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical faults, damage, or maintenance requirements.
• Prepare equipment for transportation and assist with loading and unloading when moving between project sites.
• Drive the telehandler between work areas or construction sites where legally permitted and authorized.
• Read and follow lifting plans, site instructions, and supervisor directions.
• Coordinate lifting operations with signalers, riggers, crane operators, and other construction personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Keep the telehandler clean, properly maintained, and ready for daily operations.
• Perform other equipment operation and material handling duties assigned by management.
