WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• Female applicants preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience as a waitress or in food and beverage service.
• Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and guide them to their tables or counter.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve in a timely manner.
• Handle cash register and manage financial transactions responsibly.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide courteous and attentive service to all customers.
