GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Media, or a related field.
  • Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must be proficient in multiple graphic design applications, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Must have a background in AI prompting or experience using AI-assisted creative tools.
  • Must have experience preparing real estate presentations.
  • Must be familiar with basic construction and architectural plans.
  • Must have basic photography knowledge.
  • Must be capable of performing video editing.
  • Must demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Male applicants are preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Design creative and professional graphics for real estate presentations, architectural projects, marketing materials, and company communications.
  • Prepare visual presentations showcasing properties, architectural concepts, project features, and construction developments.
  • Use Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other relevant design software to create and edit visual content.
  • Apply AI prompting techniques and AI-assisted design tools to support creative development and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Interpret basic architectural and construction plans to ensure that visual materials accurately reflect project information.
  • Assist with photography for properties, architectural projects, promotional materials, and company activities.
  • Edit videos for real estate presentations, project promotions, and digital marketing content.
  • Coordinate with project teams and other relevant personnel to understand design requirements and meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain consistency in visual identity, layout, typography, and branding across design materials.
  • Revise designs and presentations based on feedback and project requirements.
