CP Medical Center is seeking an experienced and highly organized Clinic Manager for deployment to Papua New Guinea. The successful candidate will oversee daily clinic operations, staff management, healthcare compliance, and patient service standards while ensuring efficient and effective healthcare delivery.
CLINIC MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical or healthcare management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards in Papua New Guinea.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage clinic budgets, resources, and staff effectively.
- Experience in healthcare operations, patient services, and administrative management.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced healthcare environments.
- Proficient in report preparation, scheduling, and healthcare documentation.
- Strong decision-making and team management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficient healthcare service delivery.
- Supervise clinic staff, healthcare personnel, and administrative teams to maintain productivity and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage clinic budgets, operational resources, inventory, and medical supplies efficiently.
- Monitor patient service quality and ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
- Coordinate staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare operational reports, administrative records, and compliance documentation.
- Address patient concerns, operational issues, and staff-related matters professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, suppliers, and management regarding clinic requirements and improvements.
- Implement strategies to improve clinic efficiency, operational performance, and healthcare service standards.
