Talent Acquisition Specialist

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year of working experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and selection methods.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and online recruitment platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Must possess a passport with at least two and a half (2.5) years validity remaining.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Post job vacancies on job boards, social media platforms, company websites, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and candidate communications.
• Prepare employment offers and assist with onboarding and orientation activities.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports and recruitment updates.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and employment regulations.
• Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of applicant information and recruitment records.
• Support human resource activities related to staffing and workforce planning.
