Talent Acquisition Specialist
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of working experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and selection methods.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and online recruitment platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Must possess a passport with at least two and a half (2.5) years validity remaining.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Post job vacancies on job boards, social media platforms, company websites, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and candidate communications.
- Prepare employment offers and assist with onboarding and orientation activities.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports and recruitment updates.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and employment regulations.
- Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of applicant information and recruitment records.
- Support human resource activities related to staffing and workforce planning.
