We are seeking an experienced Carpentry Foreman to join Zamil Shipyards in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will supervise carpentry and woodwork activities in shipbuilding and ship repair projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry, including supervisory or foreman experience in construction, shipyard, or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of marine carpentry, wood fabrication, and interior outfitting works
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work specifications
- Experience in supervising teams of carpenters in shipyard or industrial projects
- Skilled in carpentry tools, materials, and fabrication techniques
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding shipyard conditions
- Willing to work in shifting schedules and manage tight deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate carpentry and woodwork activities in shipyard projects
- Assign tasks and monitor performance of carpentry teams
- Ensure proper installation, repair, and fabrication of wooden structures onboard vessels
- Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate execution of work
- Inspect ongoing and completed carpentry works for quality and compliance
- Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment
- Coordinate with engineers and other trades for project completion
- Enforce safety rules and maintain a safe working environment
- Monitor work progress and report updates to management
- Ensure timely completion of carpentry works according to project schedules
Requirements:

- Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
