Peloton Workready Pty. Ltd is seeking experienced and motivated Building Supervisors to lead residential construction projects across Australia. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and technical expertise to oversee construction from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

BUILDING SUPERVISOR (Residential Construction)

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Building Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or Foreman in residential construction.
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise residential construction projects at all stages, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site schedules efficiently.
• Interpret construction plans, specifications, and building codes accurately.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with construction standards.
• Enforce site safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Liaise effectively with clients, trades, councils, and internal staff.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and progress records.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently to keep projects on track.
