Job Vacancy: JUNIOR BARTENDER

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Junior Bartender to support our beverage operations and provide excellent service to restaurant guests. The successful candidate will assist in preparing beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring a positive guest experience while following company standards and safety procedures.

JUNIOR BARTENDER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in bartending, beverage service, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
  • Previous experience as a Junior Bartender, Bartender Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
  • Experience in bakery, baking, or pastry environments is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and bar operations.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and serving a variety of beverages according to restaurant standards.
  • Prepare basic cocktails, mocktails, coffee, juices, and other beverage orders.
  • Support senior bartenders in daily bar operations and service activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and utensils.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and replenishment of beverage supplies.
  • Check inventory levels and assist with stock preparation and monitoring.
  • Follow beverage recipes, portion control standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
  • Maintain compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Assist in setting up and closing the bar area as required.
