TOPNEST S.R.O. is seeking dedicated Farm Cleaning Workers for deployment to the Czech Republic. The role focuses on maintain rigorous sanitation and biosecurity standards across agricultural facilities, performing heavy-duty cleaning routines, waste management, and assisting with livestock handling and transport operations.

CLEANING WORKER

Qualifications:

  • Male only.
  • 23 to 42 years old.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of direct experience in farm cleaning, agricultural facility upkeep, or livestock handling.
  • Practical knowledge of high-pressure cleaning systems, biosecurity measures, sanitization, and animal handling safety.
  • Forklift operation experience is a strong advantage.
  • Physically fit for heavy farm labor, comfortable working around livestock, and possesses a positive attitude toward animals.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-pressure washing, deep cleaning, and systematic disinfection of animal housing, barns, and farm equipment.
  • Perform manure management, waste collection, and proper disposal routines to uphold biosecurity protocols.
  • Assist farm staff in animal handling, loading, and safe transport across the facility premises.
  • Operate cleaning machinery, pressure washers, and sanitization equipment in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Utilize forklifts (if certified/experienced) to clear waste bins, transport feed pallets, and move farm materials.
