We are seeking an experienced and qualified Main System Operator to monitor, operate, and maintain critical electronic and computer-based systems in an industrial environment. The successful candidate will ensure the continuous and efficient operation of system controls, perform routine inspections, troubleshoot system issues, and support preventive and corrective maintenance activities while complying with company standards and safety regulations.

MAIN SYSTEM OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Must hold a Technical Diploma in Electronics, Computer Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in system operations, industrial control systems, or maintenance of electronic/computer-based systems.
• Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, electronic equipment, and computer-based monitoring systems.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of operational and control systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and control system issues efficiently.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, system schematics, and operating manuals.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor main control systems, electronic equipment, and computer-based operational systems.
• Monitor system performance through control panels, SCADA, HMI, or other monitoring platforms to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Perform routine inspections and operational checks of system components and equipment.
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot system faults, alarms, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, system diagrams, operating manuals, and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate operational logs, maintenance records, and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with company operating procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to system emergencies and equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Assist in system testing, commissioning, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
