Eram Manpower Services is seeking qualified and experienced Fabricators to work in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidates will be responsible for metal fabrication, cutting, measuring, fitting, assembly, and related workshop or site activities. Candidates with experience in Oil & Gas projects are highly preferred. The role requires strong technical skills, accuracy, and the ability to follow drawings, specifications, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.

FABRICATOR

Qualifications:

• Male, not more than 45 years old.
• Relevant work experience as a Fabricator or in the same or a similar position.
• Previous experience in Oil & Gas projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the duties and responsibilities of a Fabricator.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication, cutting, fitting, assembly, grinding, drilling, and related processes.
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings, layouts, measurements, and technical instructions.
• Familiarity with different types of metal materials, fabrication tools, and workshop equipment.
• Ability to accurately measure, mark, cut, fit, and assemble metal components.
• Knowledge of proper workplace safety practices and safe use of fabrication tools and equipment.
• Physically capable of performing hands-on fabrication work in industrial, construction, or Oil & Gas environments.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and meet project deadlines.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and adaptable to demanding work environments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform metal fabrication, cutting, fitting, assembly, and installation activities according to project requirements.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Measure, mark, cut, drill, bend, shape, and prepare metal materials according to required dimensions.
• Fabricate structural and industrial components using appropriate tools, equipment, and fabrication techniques.
• Fit and assemble metal plates, sections, frames, supports, brackets, and other fabricated components.
• Prepare materials and components for welding and coordinate with welders during fabrication activities.
• Ensure fabricated components are properly aligned, leveled, dimensioned, and positioned.
• Use hand tools, power tools, cutting equipment, drilling machines, grinders, and other fabrication equipment safely and correctly.
• Perform grinding, cleaning, finishing, and surface preparation of fabricated components.
• Check measurements, dimensions, angles, and fit-up to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify fabrication defects, dimensional errors, damaged materials, and other quality issues and report them to the supervisor.
• Make necessary adjustments or corrections to fabricated components to meet required specifications.
• Assist in the fabrication and installation of piping supports, structural components, platforms, frames, and other industrial items when required.
• Handle and position metal materials safely using appropriate lifting and handling methods.
• Coordinate with welders, pipe fitters, riggers, supervisors, engineers, and other project personnel.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and keep fabrication areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow approved work procedures, technical instructions, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Comply with company safety policies, PPE requirements, and applicable industrial and construction safety procedures.
• Conduct basic inspection of tools and equipment before use and report defective equipment.
• Minimize material waste through accurate measurement, cutting, and proper material handling.
• Assist with repair, modification, maintenance, and installation work as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment at all times.
• Perform other fabrication and related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
