Qualifications:

• Female applicants.
• 28 years old and below.
• Previous experience in F&B or fast-food operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Customer-service oriented with good communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand and work for long periods.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, order handling, and restaurant service procedures.
• Able to accurately follow recipes, portioning requirements, preparation procedures, and company standards.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, food quality, freshness, and order accuracy.
• Reliable, hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work effectively as part of a diverse restaurant team.
• Professional, courteous, and customer-focused when dealing with guests.
• Willing to follow company policies, food safety procedures, workplace regulations, and management instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Take customer food and beverage orders accurately and provide appropriate menu suggestions or promotions.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to established Subway recipes and brand standards.
• Handle special dietary requests and customize customer orders as required.
• Ensure correct portioning, ingredient freshness, food quality, and proper presentation of menu items.
• Check completed orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper presentation before serving customers.
• Operate kitchen and food preparation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain the quality and freshness of ingredients throughout the day.
• Properly handle, prepare, store, and rotate food ingredients to minimize waste and spoilage.
• Monitor ingredient levels and inform supervisors of low-stock items and supply requirements.
• Assist in receiving, checking, organizing, and properly storing food and other deliveries.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and food-handling procedures in accordance with applicable Saudi regulations and company standards.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, preparation surfaces, and kitchen equipment regularly.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean, organized, and tidy kitchen and service area.
• Participate in opening and closing cleaning and restaurant preparation procedures.
• Perform shift duties such as restocking service stations, organizing supplies, and maintaining service areas.
• Work closely with other Sandwich Artists, cashiers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Support peak-hour operations by maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and speed of service.
• Assist customers with questions, requests, and minor service concerns and refer complex complaints to supervisors.
• Assist with POS operations and customer payments when requested and properly trained.
• Follow established cash-handling procedures and maintain accuracy when handling payments.
• Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the ordering and dining process.
• Attend training sessions covering menu updates, food safety, hygiene, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Maintain proper personal hygiene and a clean, professional appearance at all times.
• Follow company policies, workplace safety procedures, food service standards, and management instructions.
• Perform other restaurant and food service duties assigned by management.
