FOOD RUNNER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a High School Graduate.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Previous experience as a food runner, waiter, dining attendant, restaurant staff, or related food-service position is an advantage.
• With a pleasing personality and courteous approach to customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant or food-service environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Able to carry food trays, dishes, and service items safely.
• Knowledge of basic food hygiene, cleanliness, and safe food-handling practices.
• Reliable, hardworking, attentive, and willing to follow instructions.
• Able to work effectively with kitchen and restaurant service teams.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver prepared food and beverages from the kitchen or service area to guests’ tables promptly and accurately.
• Ensure food orders are delivered to the correct table and presented properly.
• Assist waiters and other service staff in providing efficient and timely guest service.
• Ensure guests are comfortably seated and provide water or initial service when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining tables throughout the meal.
• Clear used plates, glasses, utensils, and other items from tables when necessary.
• Refill water and beverages as required and assist with other basic guest requests.
• Check tables regularly to ensure guests have the necessary items and a clean dining environment.
• Assist in preparing tables before service and resetting tables after guests leave.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are ready for delivery.
• Check food orders for completeness and proper presentation before serving.
• Handle food and beverages carefully and follow proper food-safety and hygiene procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, trays, and assigned equipment.
• Assist with carrying trays, dishes, and other service items safely.
• Present bills to customers and assist with payment procedures when required.
  Respond to guest requests politely and professionally.
• Address customer concerns or complaints courteously and report issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Communicate promptly with waiters, kitchen personnel, supervisors, and other team members.
• Follow restaurant policies, service standards, hygiene requirements, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with other restaurant and food-service duties assigned by management.

• Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
• Employment certificates (previous to present)
• Trainings attended
• Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
• Passport copy (1 year valid)
