Job Vacancy: WAITER / WAITRESS

We are seeking professional and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our restaurant team in Oman. The successful candidates will provide excellent dining service, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of hospitality in accordance with restaurant policies and service procedures.

WAITER / WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• Male/Female applicants are preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Waiter/Waitress, Server, or similar hospitality role.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, or fine dining establishments is preferred.
• Previous experience in bakery, baking, or pastry environments is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage selections, and provide recommendations when requested.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and service team.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and readiness before and during service.
• Monitor guest needs and provide prompt assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer requests, feedback, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
