We are seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in ensuring the reliable operation of CNC machining equipment. The successful candidate will supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities, troubleshoot machine issues, and provide technical leadership to maintain maximum equipment efficiency and minimize production downtime.

CNC MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in CNC machine maintenance, with supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Proven experience in the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC Horizontal Boring Machines (HBM).
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Siemens and Fanuc CNC control systems.
• Expertise in troubleshooting CNC mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning and maintenance management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to supervise and motivate a maintenance team.
• Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and quality management procedures.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC machines and related equipment.
• Oversee the setup, operation, inspection, and maintenance of CNC Horizontal Boring Machines (HBM).
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC control system faults.
• Diagnose and resolve machine issues involving Siemens and Fanuc CNC control systems.
• Plan and assign maintenance schedules, monitor work progress, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Lead and provide technical guidance to maintenance technicians and machine operators.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and CNC machine documentation.
• Maintain maintenance records, service reports, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate machine installations, testing, commissioning, and performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and company maintenance procedures.
