HOST / RECEPTIONIST
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience as a Host, Receptionist, Front Desk Staff, or similar role.
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Others or a related field.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and professional attitude.
- Ability to actively listen, respond effectively, and provide quality customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in handling administrative duties, records management, and scheduling.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations and ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, messages, and correspondence professionally.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain accurate records.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and record management.
- Coordinate with different departments to support daily operations.
- Provide information and assistance to guests while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Monitor visitor access and follow workplace security procedures.
- Handle customer concerns or requests professionally and promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and guest information.
