AIS Global Group is seeking a qualified Plasterer to perform wall and floor tiling works, surface preparation, tile installation, and finishing activities in accordance with construction standards, design plans, and project specifications.

PLASTERER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in wall and floor tiling.
• Must be a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Wall and Floor Tiler.
• Strong knowledge of tile installation techniques, adhesives, grouting, and finishing processes.
• Ability to measure, cut, and shape tiles accurately for various installation requirements.
• Experience preparing and leveling surfaces prior to tile installation.
• Ability to read and follow design plans, layouts, and project specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Perform wall and floor tile installations according to approved design plans and project specifications.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, patching, and removing old materials when required.
• Apply appropriate adhesives, bonding agents, and installation materials.
• Measure, cut, and shape tiles to fit around corners, edges, fixtures, and other obstacles.
• Ensure accurate tile alignment, spacing, and pattern layout.
• Apply grout and finishing materials to achieve a professional appearance.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
• Repair or replace damaged tiles when necessary.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and construction standards at all times.
