The Ministry of National Guard of Health Affairs is seeking qualified Staff Nurses to provide safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care to patients. The successful candidate will monitor patient conditions, administer prescribed treatments and medications, assist with daily patient needs, and work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver effective patient care.
STAFF NURSE
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Must hold a valid professional nursing license / have passed the required professional licensure examination.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care.
- Ability to administer medications and treatments safely according to medical orders.
- Good patient assessment and monitoring skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Good clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused.
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and continuously monitor patients’ conditions and overall health status.
- Record and monitor patients’ vital signs and medical histories.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Observe patients’ responses to medications, treatments, and nursing interventions.
- Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Provide basic nursing care while maintaining patients’ comfort, dignity, and safety.
- Assist doctors and medical teams during surgeries, procedures, examinations, and other clinical activities as required.
- Implement patient care plans in coordination with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Communicate significant changes in patients’ conditions to doctors and appropriate members of the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and complete nursing documentation and patient records.
- Follow infection prevention and control procedures.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment, medications, health practices, and recovery when appropriate.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with healthcare policies and regulations.
- Ensure proper handling and use of medical equipment and supplies.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and changing patient conditions.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.
- Follow hospital safety, quality, and professional nursing standards.
