We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Steak and premium meat preparation to join our culinary team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality steak dishes, managing the steak section, and maintaining exceptional standards in food quality, cooking techniques, and presentation.

CHEF DE PARTIE (CDP)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP), Steak Chef, Grill Chef, or similar culinary role.
• Strong experience in preparing and cooking steaks to premium standards.
• Extensive knowledge of premium meat cuts, meat grading, aging techniques, and proper handling of high-quality meats.
• Excellent skills in grilling, BBQ, and open-fire cooking methods.
• Previous experience working in a renowned steakhouse, fine dining restaurant, or premium culinary brand is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and quality control standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced professional kitchen environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, consistency, and presentation.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook premium steaks according to restaurant standards and guest preferences.
• Manage daily operations of the steak section, ensuring consistent quality and timely service.
• Apply expert knowledge of premium meat cuts, grading, aging methods, and proper meat handling procedures.
• Perform grilling, BBQ, and open-fire cooking techniques to achieve desired flavors and cooking results.
• Ensure proper preparation, seasoning, portioning, and presentation of steak dishes.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and storage conditions of meat products.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards within the kitchen and steak station.
• Train and support junior kitchen staff when required.
• Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth food service operations.
• Follow food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and company kitchen standards.
