WAITRESS CUM CASHIER
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Must have previous experience as a Waitress and Cashier in a fast-food chain or restaurant.
- Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions is required.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- No Ex-Kuwait applicants.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, efficient, and professional service.
- Accurately take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Process customer payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, provide correct change, and balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
- Clean and reset dining tables and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area.
- Sanitize tables, service stations, and work areas in accordance with hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ensure service stations are fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
