Xoline Electro Mechanical Services Sole Proprietorship LLC is seeking qualified and experienced Electrical Fabrication Fitters to join its technical team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for electrical fabrication, fitting, assembly, installation support, and preparation of electrical components and materials while following technical specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.

Electrical Fabrication Fitter

Qualifications:

• Must have at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in the position being applied for.
• Preferably holds a TESDA NC II Certificate in an electrical-related training course.
• Must have hands-on experience using electrical tools, equipment, and materials relevant to the position.
• Knowledge of electrical fabrication, fitting, assembly, and installation support work.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, drawings, measurements, and work specifications.
• Must be able to maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of proper workplace safety procedures and safe handling of tools and equipment.
• Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on fabrication and fitting tasks.
• Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Responsible, hardworking, reliable, and willing to work in a fast-paced technical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical fabrication and fitting work according to technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Measure, mark, cut, drill, bend, shape, and prepare materials required for electrical fabrication.
• Fabricate and assemble electrical supports, frames, brackets, enclosures, cable supports, and other related components.
• Prepare electrical materials, fittings, hardware, and components for installation and assembly.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and electrical fabrication equipment safely and correctly.
• Assist electricians and other technical personnel with electrical installation, assembly, and fabrication activities.
• Read and interpret basic electrical drawings, layouts, schematics, measurements, and fabrication details.
• Ensure fabricated components are properly aligned, fitted, secured, and finished according to specifications.
• Perform basic fitting, drilling, fastening, and assembly tasks for electrical equipment and installations.
• Inspect fabricated materials and completed work for proper dimensions, alignment, workmanship, and quality.
• Identify fabrication defects, damaged materials, or incorrect fittings and report them to the supervisor.
• Make necessary adjustments or corrections to fabricated components to meet required specifications.
• Maintain and properly handle tools, equipment, materials, and consumables used during fabrication work.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards throughout the work process.
• Follow proper procedures when handling electrical materials, metal components, tools, and equipment.
• Observe company safety policies, electrical safety requirements, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with electricians, fabricators, supervisors, and other workers to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Minimize material waste through accurate measuring, cutting, fitting, and proper material handling.
• Complete assigned fabrication and fitting work within required schedules and production targets.
• Perform other related electrical fabrication, fitting, and workshop duties as assigned by management.
