Emdad Human Resources Company is seeking an experienced Bending Team Leader to supervise bending operations and lead production teams in the efficient manufacturing of metal components according to engineering drawings, technical specifications, and production schedules. The role involves coordinating daily operations, monitoring productivity and product quality, supervising CNC and hydraulic bending activities, and ensuring compliance with Ministry of Defense quality, safety, and security procedures.

Bending Team Leader

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in bending operations, including supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
• Strong experience supervising bending operations and leading production teams.
• Skilled in setting up and operating CNC and/or hydraulic bending machines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication processes, dimensional tolerances, and quality control standards.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and inspection tools.
• Good leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical or vocational Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Metal Fabrication, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and production efficiency.
• Physically fit and willing to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Willing to comply with Ministry of Defense quality, safety, and security procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily bending operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Lead, assign, and monitor bending team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tooling, and machine requirements for daily production.
• Supervise the setup and operation of CNC and hydraulic bending machines.
• Monitor machine performance, production output, productivity, and downtime.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Ensure components are produced according to required dimensions, bending angles, and tolerances.
• Monitor the correct selection and use of bending tools, dies, and machine settings.
• Inspect finished metal components using precision measuring and inspection tools.
• Identify quality issues and dimensional deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure bending processes comply with established quality control standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality control, maintenance, fabrication, and production teams.
• Maintain production, inspection, and operational records.
• Train, guide, and mentor bending operators to improve their technical skills and productivity.
• Monitor the proper care and safe operation of bending machines and equipment.
• Promote 5S, good housekeeping, and continuous improvement in the workplace.
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Ensure all operations comply with Ministry of Defense quality, safety, and security requirements.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
