Emdad Human Resources Company is seeking an experienced Bending Operator to operate and set up CNC and hydraulic bending machines for the production of precision metal components. The successful candidate will work from engineering drawings and technical specifications, adjust machine parameters, verify finished dimensions, perform routine equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with Ministry of Defense quality, safety, and security procedures.

Candidates with strong skills in engineering drawing interpretation, bend allowances, dimensional measurement, machine setup, metal fabrication, and quality inspection are encouraged to apply.

Bending Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Bending Operator or in a similar metal fabrication or manufacturing role.
• Skilled in operating and setting up CNC and/or hydraulic bending machines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication processes, bend allowances, and dimensional tolerances.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, protractors, angle gauges, and tape measures.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and safe machine operation.
• Technical or vocational certificate in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Metal Fabrication, or a related trade is preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to identify and correct dimensional or production issues.
• Physically fit and able to work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Willing to comply with Ministry of Defense quality, safety, and security procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC and hydraulic bending machines according to production requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Set and adjust machine parameters, tooling, angles, and bending sequences.
• Select appropriate dies, punches, and tooling for different metal materials and thicknesses.
• Calculate and apply appropriate bend allowances and dimensional tolerances.
• Position and secure metal sheets or components correctly before bending.
• Monitor bending operations to ensure accurate angles, dimensions, and shapes.
• Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments.
• Use calipers, protractors, angle gauges, tape measures, and other appropriate measuring tools.
• Identify dimensional deviations, defects, or machine-related issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform routine machine cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and basic maintenance.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished metal components.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records when required.
• Follow established quality control procedures and production specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area.
• Use appropriate PPE and follow machine safety procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with fabricators, quality inspectors, engineers, and supervisors.
• Ensure bending operations comply with Ministry of Defense quality, safety, and security requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
