Atlas Middle East Trading Establishment is seeking skilled and experienced Air Compressor Mechanics to join its maintenance team in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for mechanical maintenance professionals with hands-on experience in servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial air compressor systems and related equipment.

AIR COMPRESSOR MECHANIC

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• High School Graduate, Vocational Graduate, or Technical Training graduate in Mechanical Maintenance or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience as an Air Compressor Mechanic or in a similar industrial maintenance position.
• Strong knowledge of air compressor systems, mechanical components, and maintenance procedures.
• Experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing industrial air compressors and related equipment.
• Ability to read and understand maintenance manuals, technical drawings, and equipment specifications.
• Mechanical Maintenance certificates or technical training are an advantage.
• Valid passport is required.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and capable of working in industrial environments.
• Committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial air compressors and compressed air systems.
• Diagnose mechanical faults, identify equipment failures, and carry out effective repair solutions.
• Install, inspect, commission, and test air compressors, air dryers, receivers, filters, and related mechanical equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compressors operate safely, efficiently, and according to manufacturer specifications.
• Replace worn or defective mechanical components such as valves, bearings, seals, belts, motors, and filters.
• Perform lubrication, cleaning, calibration, and adjustment of compressor equipment as part of preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, inspection records, and equipment history.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations during all maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance personnel to minimize equipment downtime.
• Properly use and maintain tools, testing instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
• Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Perform other mechanical maintenance duties assigned by management.
