WAITER / WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Female applicants are preferred for this position.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Check on guests regularly and refill drinks as necessary.
• Prepare and present bills, collect payments, and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas, including clearing used items and cleaning spills.
• Set up dining areas before service and ensure proper arrangement of tables.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and served on time.
