FACILITIES SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• With at least 3 years of work experience in Facility Management.
• Graduate of any related Management or Engineering Courses

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing, and manage routine repairs and renovations.
• Negotiate with and supervise external contractors, suppliers, and janitorial staff.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations, and building codes.
• Prepare and manage facility budgets, tracking expenses for maintenance, repairs, and projects.
• Coordinate office layouts, moves, and furniture installations
