The company is seeking highly skilled metal fabrication professionals with strong experience in heavy structural steel works, large-scale fabrication, and major infrastructure projects such as bridges and building support structures.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with advanced welding and fabrication skills who can work in high-standard industrial and construction environments.
WELDER FABRICATOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a Welder Fabricator.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate holder in Welding, Fabrication, or related fields.
- Experience in welding fabrication of heavy structural steel is required.
- Experience in large-scale structural projects such as bridges and building support structures.
- Ability to read and understand assembly instructions and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication, assembly, and quality control standards.
- Good English communication skills.
- Must hold a valid Philippine Driver’s License (Restriction 1 & 2).
- Must be fully vaccinated with booster dose.
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding construction environments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform welding and fabrication of heavy structural steel components for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Fabricate, assemble, and install structural steel elements used in bridges, buildings, and support structures.
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, engineering drawings, and fabrication plans accurately.
- Ensure all fabricated components meet required specifications and quality control standards.
- Assemble steel parts and structures according to project requirements and technical guidelines.
- Conduct welding tasks using appropriate techniques for structural steel fabrication.
- Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, strength, and compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and site teams to complete fabrication projects efficiently.
- Maintain tools, welding equipment, and fabrication workspace in safe and organized condition.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and comply with all structural fabrication regulations.
- Assist in material preparation, cutting, and fitting for fabrication processes.
- Ensure proper handling and alignment of steel components during assembly.
