Seeto Kui Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient flow, storage, and distribution of goods in Papua New Guinea. The successful candidate will coordinate receiving and dispatch operations, maintain accurate inventory controls, minimize stock losses and damages, and lead warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of warehousing experience.
- Certified warehousing and organizational skills.
- General knowledge of consumer goods and warehouse handling procedures.
- Strong inventory control and stock management knowledge.
- Good staff management and leadership skills.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented work habits.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, OR qualified by experience.
- Ability to manage multiple warehouse activities and meet operational deadlines.
- Physically capable of working in a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the complete flow of goods received and dispatched from the warehouse.
- Oversee receiving, storage, picking, consolidation, and dispatch activities.
- Implement effective inventory control procedures to minimize stock shrinkage, losses, and damages.
- Coordinate and conduct random stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Organize and coordinate regular physical stock counts.
- Investigate inventory variances and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure cargo from different divisions is properly consolidated and prepared for delivery.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of consolidated cargo to coastal shipping.
- Monitor warehouse stock levels and ensure proper storage and handling of consumer goods.
- Supervise warehouse supervisors and coordinate their daily activities.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to supervisors to improve their skills and performance.
- Ensure warehouse procedures are followed consistently and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate warehouse, inventory, receiving, and dispatch records.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, productivity, and stock control.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and operated in accordance with safety requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management when required.
- Perform other warehouse management and logistics duties as assigned.
