Qualifications:

- Presentable with beautiful face and appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with menus
- Take customer orders and relay this to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages to customers.
- Listen to any complaints that patrons have and address them appropriately
- Greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and collecting payments.
- They play an important role in guest satisfaction as they are also responsible for checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
- Relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen, such as via a point-of-sale system
