WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Must have a 4 to 5 star hotel experience

Responsibilities:

• Guest interaction: Greet customers upon arrival, present menus, and guide them to their tables
• Order taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders, including any special requests, and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serving food and drinks: Deliver meals and beverages to tables promptly and professionally, ensuring proper presentation.
• Table management: Clean and reset tables between customers, including removing dirty dishes and setting up new place settings.
• Customer service: Actively listen to guest needs, address any concerns, and strive to provide a positive dining experience.
• Menu knowledge: Be well-versed in the restaurant menu, including ingredients, daily specials, and potential dietary restrictions.
