HOUSEKEEPING

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Must have a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management,
• Personal Services, Building/Ground Services, or a related field.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Proven housekeeping experience in 4–5-star hotels or with Chinese, Hong Kong, or Singaporean families.
• Strong knowledge of high-standard villa housekeeping, cleaning, and household organization.
• Experience handling delicate furniture, luxury fixtures, marble, glass, antiques, and high-end finishes is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high housekeeping standards.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of privacy.
• Knowledge of proper hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and household procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, dining rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and sanitizing.
• Make beds and change bed linens according to established standards.
• Wash, iron, fold, and properly organize clothing, linens, towels, and other household fabrics.
• Maintain wardrobes and organize personal belongings when instructed.
• Clean delicate furniture, luxury fixtures, antiques, marble, glass, and high-end finishes using appropriate cleaning methods and products.
• Handle household items and valuable furnishings carefully to prevent damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout assigned areas.
• Assist with table setting and light hospitality duties when required.
• Support preparations for family events, gatherings, and VIP guests.
• Ensure guest and household areas are clean, presentable, and properly arranged.
• Follow proper hygiene, health, and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding household activities, family information, guests, and personal belongings.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or other concerns to the appropriate person.
• Perform other housekeeping and household support duties as assigned.
