I also Greet Customers, Present Menus, Take Orders, Check on Customers, and Maintain Cleanliness as a Waiter in Cristy Resto. I previously had been working as an Electrician in the Philippines. I Installed Wiring, Troubleshoot Circuits, and Install Grounding Systems, I also installed Lighting, test Voltage, Maintain Equipment, Repair Faulty Circuits, Test Electrical Systems and Conduct Safety Inspections. I know how to receive visitors and greet them appropriately, as well as to answer and address incoming phone calls in a polite and timely manner, I’m experienced on how to deal with queries, provide correct information, forward calls to appropriate person, and cascade messages accurately and completely to the team, I’m conversant to sort incoming messages, and prepare orders for pick-up or delivery. I have financial and clerical skills that will be used to monitor and record petty cash and accepting payments, I’m aware of basic cashiering and bookkeeping duties, I’m skilled on how to photocopy, scan, print, collate and fax important documents. I’m familiar with organizing the meetings, book meeting rooms, inform participants, and set up the meeting room with necessary stationery and equipment then organize catering for the meeting. I have secretarial support skills to update databases, I’m well-versed to prepare and maintain spreadsheets, and know how to schedule, reschedule and follow up appointments.
