Americare LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses for deployment to the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will provide professional nursing care in homecare settings, including hospital-affiliated locations and patient homes under a non-stay-in arrangement.

STAFF NURSE

Qualifications:

• Open to female applicants.
• Must be a Registered Nurse in the Philippines.
• Willing to work in a homecare setting.
• Experience in medical-surgical wards or other nursing specialties is an advantage.
• Completed DataFlow report is preferred but not required.
• DOH (formerly HAAD – Abu Dhabi), DHA (Dubai), or MOH (Northern Emirates) exam pass, eligibility, or license is an advantage but not required.
• NCLEX passers are highly preferred.
• First-time applicants are welcome to apply with at least 1 year of experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care and medical support to patients in homecare settings.
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, medications, and treatment plans.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and healthcare needs.
• Coordinate with physicians, healthcare teams, and patient families regarding patient care.
• Maintain accurate nursing records, reports, and patient documentation.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Educate patients and family members regarding medications, treatments, and healthcare routines.
• Follow infection control, safety procedures, and professional nursing standards at all times.
• Respond promptly to patient concerns, emergencies, and healthcare needs.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Terms and Conditions:

• 2-year contract.
• 56 working hours per week.
• Overtime pay in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
• Paid leave as per UAE Labour Law.
• Free transportation to the work site.
• Free roundtrip airfare (Philippines–UAE).
• DataFlow fee to be shouldered by the employer.
• DOH Exam fee for the first take to be shouldered by the employer.
• Visa, UAE medical fees, Labour Card, and Emirates ID to be shouldered by the employer.

Requirements:

• Updated Resume with recent clear photo
• High School Diploma if High School Graduate
• Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
• Employment certificates (previous to present)
• Trainings attended
• Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
• Passport copy (1 year valid)
