Med Solutions Consultancy is seeking a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to provide professional rehabilitation and physical therapy services in the United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for experienced physiotherapy professionals with strong communication skills and the ability to assess patients, provide appropriate treatment, and monitor their recovery progress.

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant physiotherapy experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess patients, provide appropriate treatment, and monitor recovery progress.
• Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.
• Compassionate, professional, patient-focused, and able to work effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions, mobility, strength, flexibility, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ conditions, needs, and rehabilitation goals.
• Provide appropriate physiotherapy treatments and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall physical function.
• Monitor patients’ recovery progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, rehabilitation programs, proper movement, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Use appropriate physiotherapy techniques, therapeutic equipment, and rehabilitation methods safely and effectively.
• Evaluate patients’ responses to treatment and identify changes that may require further assessment or intervention.
• Promote patient independence and encourage adherence to prescribed rehabilitation programs.
• Follow healthcare facility policies, infection prevention procedures, patient safety standards, and professional practice guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
• Perform other physiotherapy and rehabilitation duties assigned by management.
